For the past five years, optimism about Internet Commerce continue to explode. Despite growing socioeconomic concerns and justified apprehensions, the Internet continue to emerge as the fastest growing medium of communication; Electronic Database Marketing continue to dominate; and the Internet Revolution remained in high gear as the entire "global village" continues to open its doors to electronic commerce.

With an increasingly interconnected global economy, reduced international communication barriers, and the emergence of aggressive global Internet Marketers, E-commerce continues its immersion as a highly promotable and extremely profitable service. United Tradeways Co. continues to capitalize on these favorable factors.

We will continue to use computers and other electronic processing technologies to strengthen our processing capacity and increase our spectrum of consultative oriented services. We will also sell these ideas to our customers not only as a way of keeping in touch with their clients, but also as a mean of staying ahead of their competitors.

The observation that this new market environment is regularly accompanied by a hectic atmosphere, as well as some degree of chaos and social risk, do apply to UTC. As we have witnessed in recent months, competitive pressures or treats of instability and disintegration cannot be ignored. We will always keep these factors in mind. We are committed to swiftness in all our endeavors, but swiftness guided by inquiring, effective, and responsible action.

Accordingly, we will continue to initiate no projects that are out of line with good netequette or projects that may result in lost of goodwill in the minds of our fellow Netters

Awareness of the pressing needs for the products and services which we represent; and the accompanying economic benefits, far out weight the risk of dissatisfaction, loss of sales, and eventual failure. We are also mindful that our success or failure in this vastly uncharted domain rest firmly on our shoulders. We will therefore rely on all members of our management staff, and network, not only for their efforts to achieve collective success and growth, but also for their supports of the principle of system solidarity and teamwork. We are committed to building an Internet management team that is facilitating to our network partners. We will continue to create an environment that foster pride and the collective performance of our duties to the best of our abilities.

Above all else, our number one priority is to continue to identify and satisfy customers's needs profitably. As Internet Marketers, we'll be known for our caring and understanding nature, not as mere peddlers of products, but sellers of solutions.

As solution oriented sellers, we will therefore, be convincing not only as knowledgeable responsive experts in our fields, but in our understanding of our customers' unique situations. We are committed to the building of seller-client relationships that continue to inspire mutual trust, confidence, and fairness. We are committed to the principle of integrity in everything we do.

We welcome all constructive criticisms or any efforts that will protect us from overestimating our capabilities or probabilities of success. A certain degree of skepticism is needed to balance our fevered enthusiasm. Such balance will not be discouraged among us because we are mindful that over confidence could lead to complacency, over bearingness or reckless risk taking.

With awareness of this psychological underpinning, we approach the millennium with appropriate confidence and executive strength. We will boldly address the challenges and obstacles that lies ahead with flexibility and initiatives. In a time when prosperity in Internet Commerce is been euphorically predicted, a certain degree of skepticism is by no means out of place. We will therefore venture into our endeavors not only with the spirit of enthusiasm but with guarded awareness of commercial uncertainty and social risk.

Despite of the sensationalism, misguided fears and unscientific predictions about dot.com demises, present social and business trends indicate a continuation of an healthy Internet environment in year 2002 and beyond. Our Optimism about Internet Commerce permits us to expect success on various fronts. We will make speed, timeliness, and satisfying our customers's needs our top priorities.
